Joseph Kearney

Joseph Kearney set up BERcerts.ie in January 2008. As an expert energy consultant and chartered engineer, Joseph has developed many solutions for clients who have been unable to find solutions. Joseph can provide such custom made solutions thanks to his 10 years and more experience in energy saving matters at a commercial and domestic level. Therefore, Joseph carries out many energy audits for both domestic and commercial properties.

Joseph Kearney was one of the first to complete the SEI Approved Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors Course. Joseph is also fully insured and his SEI registered Assessor no is 100936.

Joseph Kearney is also the Managing Director of Advancement Consulting Ltd, which was established at the beginning of 2005. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength.

Since the establishment of Advancement Consulting Ltd, he has provided specialist experience for a wide variety of companies including but not limited to bakeries, printing company, meat companies and bread factories.

 

Aodhan MacPhaidín

Aodhan MacPhaidín works with Power of One and Sustainable Energy Ireland, as a consultant. Also, he was the presenter on the popular RTE show My family aren't wasters.

Aodhan is a Research Architect and spokeperson for the Power of One campaign.

Aodhan has also worked together with Joseph Kearney at BERcerts.ie as an expert in the area.

 

Maurice Darcy

A roof contractor who has been in the business for many years. Maurice has recently joined BERcerts.ie and is very much a practical, hands-on building energy rating assessor.

 

Joanne Cunningham

Joanne has been advertising BERcerts.ie on the marketing campaigns and is regarded as one of the crew for some time now. Joanne also runs her own company called Simply Marketing.
